  • All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
  • Items should be new without worn, washed, damaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Start return process by email us.
  • Package must be sent to the address that offers by the email.
  • Customer is responsible for all return charges.
  • Shipping and route shipping insurance are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

    Defective Items

    • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue, includeing a photo of the damage/defect with your email. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, or more than 30 days of purcashing date it will nolonger qualify for a return, it will nolonger qualify for a return.
    • We are not responsible for buyer's mistake such as damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
    • The exactcolors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

    *For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return.

    3. Shipping status update delay;
    4. Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) which has already been claimed in our description/title;
    5. Placed a wrong order and shipped;
    6. Delivery problems caused by the wrong address by customer;
    7. Not according to the size chart to choose the size caused by unfit.
