What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, PayPal. We don't accept personal checks,money orders,direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment. All prices are displayed in USD. If shopping Internationally, please take into consideration the price conversion from USD to your country's currency, because the price listed at checkout may differ from your bank statement.

What are pre-order items?

Pre-order items are items that are not currently in stock, but will be arriving soon. The expected date is not a guaranteed date, but a very good estimate. These are usually very popular styles that often get "pre-ordered" due to demand.

If you decide to Pre-Order an item on our website, please note the following:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships
  • Preordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to method of payment, please do so prior to shipment announcement on our website.
  • If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.
  • For Returns on Preorders, you have 30 days from the day the order has shipped - not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date.
  • We do our very best to communicate all details for Preorders on the Product page as there are usually thousands of orders for each style and it is not possible to contact everyone individually.
  • If at any time you need further details, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service at service@jowamy.com.
  • These are Special Ordered directly from our Vendors for JOWAMY exclusively. Preorders can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item.
  • The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update, then we do not have further information at this time.

What size should I order?

The best way to make sure you order the perfect size is to take a peek at the "Measurements" tab. It will give you the exact measurements for the size you've selected. We have created a general sizing guide to help you decide which size would be best for you. You can compare the displayed measurements with your own to find the absolute perfect fit!

Do You Have Gift Cards?

  • Of course, we do! Shop our JOWAMY E-gift Card options here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.
  • JOWAMY E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.  
  • Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.

How do I apply a gift card code or a promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code".

Can I combine promo codes?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items. Only one promo code per order.

Was I charged twice?

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling debit/credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 - 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card.

To make sure your card doesn't accidentally get run twice, please only click the "Place Order" button once!

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn't get an email, please check your spam folder and add service@jowamy.com to your safe sender list.

Once shipped, you will receive another email which will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the history of your orders + current status by logging into your account.
